How does Vanderbilt Health OnCall Work
A Vanderbilt Provider Comes to You
To schedule a visit, complete our online form or give us a call.
Be ready to provide the address for the visit, your phone number, credit card or insurance information, billing address and email. If you request a visit using the online form, be alert for a call back from (615) 241-6000 to confirm your visit.
After your visit is confirmed, your OnCall provider will arrive within two hours. (Note: Provider arrival times may be slightly longer when patient volumes are high).
To cancel a scheduled visit, call (615) 241-6000. You can cancel with no fee up until your request has been accepted by a provider or within 5 minutes of making your request. After the cancellation window, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee but not the cost of your visit.
