Vanderbilt Health OnCall
Rest Where You Are. Care Will Come To You.
With Vanderbilt Health OnCall, you can schedule a visit from a Vanderbilt nurse practitioner to your home, workplace, hotel or short-term rental (Airbnb) at your convenience. OnCall nurse practitioners provide a basic level of care for common illnesses and injuries. They also offer physical exams and diagnoses and medication prescriptions. OnCall is for adults 18 years and older with non-emergency medical conditions.
Appointments are available Monday–Friday, 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. and on weekends 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Telehealth appointments are available to patients in Tennessee, while home visits can be arranged in select locations in Nashville-Davidson County, Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville or Nolensville.
Most insurance plans accepted. Self-pay visits range from $149 to $174, depending on the visit type (with first-dose medication and additional treatments priced separately).
OnCall is not a replacement for emergency services. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go directly to the closest emergency department.
